At Future Leading Women, our mission is to provide high-quality educational programs to young girls in grades 3-12. We strive to empower young girls to walk and talk with confidence through holistic wellness and STEAM activities to equip our future leaders with transferable tools that can be used in all areas of their lives.

Founder & CEO
Dr. Jackson is a licensed New Jersey secondary-level public school educator and high school track and field coach. She has enjoyed working with middle school and high school students and athletes for over 22 years, focusing on career education, computer science, leadership, and fitness.
Dr. Jackson earned her doctoral degree in Management
Dr. Jackson is a licensed New Jersey secondary-level public school educator and high school track and field coach. She has enjoyed working with middle school and high school students and athletes for over 22 years, focusing on career education, computer science, leadership, and fitness.
Dr. Jackson earned her doctoral degree in Management of Organizational Leadership and Information Systems Technology at the University of Phoenix. She holds two Master’s Degrees; a Master’s Degree in Sport Management from the University of Connecticut and a Master’s Degree from the University of Phoenix in Information Technology. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Connecticut.
Throughout her journey as an educator, Dr. Jackson noticed the gender gap within extracurricular STEAM clubs and high school courses. Dr. Jackson started a middle school girls coding club a year after pioneering a coed coding club and witnessed a significant increase in female enrollment. She began researching different topics related to the gender gap in STEAM fields while pursuing her Doctorate, with a mindset of one day aiding in decreasing the gender gap. Two years after completing her doctoral degree, Future Leading Women was formed.
